How do I become a member?

Simply click 'Get Started' on the home page and enter your details! Once you have bought a membership, you'll recieve an email with instructions of how to log in.

Is there an app?

Not for the Academy. You can download the When in Culture + app in your App Store (Apple App Store and Google Play). Simply search ‘When in Culture’ to find the app. Perfect for watching the videos on the go.

What is included in my membership?

As a When in Culture member you will have access to all of our videos on When in Culture + AND all of our courses on When in Culture Academy too.

I can't login, what can I do?

If you are having trouble logging in, make sure you are using the email address associated with your When in Culture account and the correct password. You can reset your password from the login menu. You will be sent an email to reset your password. If you are still having trouble logging in please email support@wheninculture.com and a member of the team will be able to help you.

Have you logged in and can't find your course

When you log into your When in Culture account directly through the website, you'll be taken to the 'Browse' section of WiC+ as default. But don't worry, it's easy to get back... to access your course again, simply click 'Academy' and select the course you wish to continue with

How is my personal information protected?

We take privacy very seriously. All personal information is stored securely and is only used in accordance with our privacy policy which you can view in the footer of our website.
